Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our main priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, VantageSilver.com will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable. There will be no restocking fees. Exchanges are welcome if you change your mind.

Conditions for US Returns/Refunds/Exchanges:

• Returns/Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving your package.

• Purchases must be returned in original brand new condition with original packaging. 

• Jewelry that has been worn, damaged or otherwise altered, are not eligible for return/exchange.

• Claims need to be filed within 7 days (excluding holidays) of receiving your order if it is defective, damaged, or incomplete upon arrival.

• Custom made orders are not refundable/exchangeable, unless the item(s) are found to be defective

• We will provide refund within 3 business days once the conditions above are met.

• Returns/Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving your package.

• Shipping fees, customs, duties and tariffs are non-refundable.

• Tracking number must be provided for returns/exchanges.

• Purchases must be returned in original brand new condition with original packaging.
